About The Acreage

The Acreage, located just north of the Village of Royal Palm Beach, consists of more than 17,000 one-and-a-quarter-acre plus homesites with both paved and unpaved roads. The area is home to a still-growing population of residents who value open spaces and the ambiance of the equestrian, agrarian and rural residential lifestyles. The Acreage / Loxahatchee and portions of the surrounding area are governed by the Indian Trail Improvement District, which provides road, drainage, park and utility services to landowners within the boundaries.
